How do I add a subscription plan?

To add a subscription plan: 

  1. Click on the main menu.

  2. Select "Settings" - "Subscriptions Settings".

  3. Click on the + button on the right side of the page.



  1. Fill in the relevant information on the Add/Edit Packages page.



Items

Descriptions

Subscription Name

Name of the plan, e.g. Instalment A

Subscription Length

Period of the subscription plan

Auto Calculate Expiry Date (Based on Subscription Length) 

This automatically calculates the mandate expiry date. 

Expiry date = Effective date + subscription length  

Add Extra Day(s) to Expiry Date 

Tick on this checkbox if you chose to add extra day(s) to calculated expiry date

Start Collection on Allows you to configure when the first collection begins for your subscription plan. Options available:
  1. Same month as the effective date

  2. Following day/week/month/year from effective date

Initial Payment


Tick this checkbox to set an initial/down payment amount for the subscription plan. The payment can be performed upon successful approval of ENRP or on the first collection date

Maximum Amount Per DD Transaction

Tick on this checkbox if you want your subscription plan to have a maximum amount to be collected in a single transaction

2 options of collecting funds 

  1. Setting up a specific Collection Amount:

Collection Amount: Click on the collection amount checkbox and put in the collection amount

  1. Collections via an instalment basis:

Instalment Plan: A tier-based instalment. Here, you are able to configure your respective instalment schedule and requency


Once you are satisfied with the Subscription Plan settings, click on save and refresh the page. You will see the subscription options on the mandate form under ‘Select Subscriptions’.
