How to set ID types on the mandate form?

In the mandate form, customers can choose their ID type from a drop-down list to input. Merchants can configure the ID options available for customers to choose from. The available options include:

• Passport Number

• New IC Number

• Old ID Number

• Business Registration Number

• Others

To set the available ID types:

1. Click on the main menu.

2. Select “Settings” - “General”.

3. Click on the “Mandate” tab on the top bar.

4. Tick on the checkbox to enable different ID types for customers to choose from in the mandate form.

5. Click on “Save” and refresh the page.
