Collection failed due to insufficient funds in customer’s bank account

Curlec offers automatic retries to merchants for payment collections that are unsuccessful. This retry function attempts collections for a limited number of times.


Merchants will be notified via email for every unsuccessful collection. If the collection is still unsuccessful after all the attempts, the merchant will need to contact the customer to request for a one-time payment to settle the bill. This can be done using the Instant Pay feature offered by Curlec.
