How do I edit an order?

  1. To edit orders, you would need to first log in to the admin portal using your admin account. 

  2. Once logged in, click on ‘Orders’ on the sidebar. A table of existing orders will be displayed. 

  3. Look for the order you wish to edit and click on the pen icon for that respective order. You will land on the Order Details page where you can view your order details. 

  4. Click the “Edit” button next to the Order Details heading to access the Edit Order Details page. 




  1. By default, the Edit Order Details page shows the “Product” tab, where you can edit anything product-related for your order, such as switching products and adding and removing items. 

  2. The surcharge for each item and total surcharge will be displayed if you decide to edit your order.




  1. If you want to edit anything delivery-related, click on the “Delivery Details” tab. Here you can edit your delivery date, time and address.


   


  1. Click the “Save Changes” button on either tab once you’ve made your changes.
