As part of the onboarding process, merchants will be provided with a username and password to a demo account. Using the demo account as testing environment, merchants can simulate creating a mandate, generating a collection, configuring settings and so on. No actual transactions would be performed in the demo account.
Once merchants are ready to go live, they will be provided with their Curlec account username and password to the live account. They are able to reset the password later. Merchants can then start to create mandates, generate collections, accept Instant Pays, send emails to customers and monitor day-to-day collections.
