How does my customer authorise a mandate?

To authorise a mandate, your customer would need to agree to the Terms and Conditions on the mandate form and Proceed to FPX. They would then be redirected to their online banking portal to authorise a RM1 FPX transaction. The purpose of this authorisation is to:

  1. Make sure that the bank account is legitimate and active.

  2. Inform the bank that the customer has allowed the merchant bank to collect money from their bank account.
