When filling in the mandate form, there is an option to add details under the mandate. Each detail should contain a reference number, a collection amount and a description. This master detail feature is applicable when one mandate is paying for multiple payer accounts.
Take insurance as an example, a father might be paying for his own, his wife's and his daughter's insurance policies. Setting up all the policies as details under the father's mandate allows collections to be made from one master mandate.
