Instead of creating new mandates individually, Curlec offers a batch upload functionality which allows you to create multiple mandates at once. You would have to download an e-Mandate Excel template, fill in the details and upload the completed Excel file back to the portal. Once successfully uploaded, emails would be sent to the customers to complete the authorisation as usual.
To create multiple mandates at once:
Click on the main menu.
Select “Batch Upload”.
Select the “e-Mandate” option and click “Download”.
Complete the Excel template. Remember to rename the file.
Drag and drop the completed file into the box or click “Browse” to choose the file on your computer.
Click “Upload”.
