Only the administrator and manager roles can disable a user. Users that are disabled will not be able to log in to the Curle portal. However, this is temporary and can be reversed.
To temporarily disable a user:
Click on the main menu.
Select “Settings” - “User Management”.
Click on the padlock icon beside the user you wish to disable.
Click “Yes” on the pop-up window to confirm.
To re-enable the user, simply repeat the steps above.
