How to reset account password?

Merchants are provided with a default account username and password for the Curlec portal during the onboarding process. However, merchants are able to change their password, if they wish to, after the first login.


To reset the password:

  1. Go to the top right corner of the portal and click on the settings icon.

  2. Select “Reset Password”.

  3. Enter the current password once and the new password twice.

  4. Click on “Submit” to confirm.
