How to set the min/max amount for mandate collections?

PayNet's rules dictate that the maximum amount that can be collected per transaction is RM30,000 for B2C accounts and RM1,000,000 for B2B accounts. Payments that exceed this limit will fail.

Merchants can set a custom maximum and minimum amount to be collected from each mandate for both B2C and B2B1 collections, given that it is below PayNet's limit. This setting applies to all mandates.

To set the max/min collection amount:

1. Click on the main menu.

2. Select “Settings” - “General”.

3. Click on the “Mandate” tab on the top bar.

4. Set the minimum and maximum amount for both B2C and B2B1.

5. Click on “Save” and refresh the page.
