Absolutely. Direct Debit is bank-to-bank, money gets credited directly into your bank account from your customers’ bank account, without going through Curlec. Curlec only acts as an intermediary that facilitates the transactions.
We comply with the Malaysian banking standards and our software has been approved by Payments Network Malaysia (PayNet).
