Customer wants to change payment amount

Customers cannot make changes to their payment amount themselves. Instead, the merchant will have to edit the payment details on their behalf.


If customers wish to edit their payment plan (collection details):

  1. Note down the changes requested.

  2. On the Curlec portal, search for the specific mandate in “View Mandates” and edit the collection settings accordingly. See the step-by-step guide here.


Note that the collection amount cannot exceed the maximum amount on mandate.
