How do I delete an Instant Pay?

Merchants can delete an Instant Pay that has not been approved. Deleting an Instant Pay is irreversible. An email will be sent to the customer once the Instant Pay has been deleted.

To delete an Instant Pay:

1. Click on the main menu.

2. Select “Instant Pay (FPX)” - “View Instant Pay (FPX)”.

3. Look for the Instant Pay (not “Approved”) you wish to cancel.

4. Click on the three-dot icon and choose “Delete Instant Pay”.

5. Click “Yes” on the pop-up window to confirm.
