How do I create an Instant Pay?

To create an Instant Pay:

1. Click on the main menu.

2. Select “Instant Pay” - “New Instant Pay”.

3. Select FPX (Online banking) or Visa/Mastercard (credit/debit cards)

4. Complete the New Instant Pay form. Fields with * are mandatory.

5. Tick on the Terms and Conditions checkbox.

6. Click on “Proceed to Payment”.

7. The page will be redirected to the customer’s online banking portal/Mastercard Payment Gateway Services (MPGS) to complete the verification.

Note: If the customer wishes to complete the Instant Pay form at a different place and time, the “Save & Email” option at the bottom of the form sends the form via email to the customer as a reminder to complete the authorisation later.

Alternatively, you can perform Instant Pay on customers with existing mandates:

1. Click on the main menu.

2. Select “Mandates” - “View Mandates”.

3. Search for the mandate you wish to perform an Instant Pay.

4. Click on the three-dots icon and select “Pay Now”.

5. Complete the form and click “Proceed to Payment”.

6. The page will be redirected to the customer’s online banking portal/Mastercard Payment Gateway Services (MPGS) to complete the verification.
