For merchants that have requested for a maker-checker approval process for Payouts, approval is required for each Payout before it is processed. Upon generating a Payout, the Batch Status on the 'View Payouts' page will show "Pending Approval (action required)". This status indicates that the Payout batch has yet to be approved/rejected by the "checker".
