How do I purchase a one-off product?

To purchase a one-off product:

1. Select a product from the homepage by clicking on the relevant product card. 

2. After clicking on the product card, you will land on the Item Selection step of the checkout process. Choose “One-Time Purchase” under Purchase Options in the main product card.

3. Choose your items that you want to purchase with the product.

4. Click ‘Save & Continue’ to continue to the next step.

5. The next step depends on if you’re logged in or not:

   1. If you’re not logged in, a sign in/sign up card will appear on the next step asking you to sign in or sign up depending on if you have an existing account or not. After this you will be taken to the checkout page. 

   2. If you are logged in, you will be taken straight to the checkout page.
      
      

       6. Once you are on the checkout page, fill in the necessary information to complete the checkout process. This includes:

1. Delivery address (if applicable)

2. Delivery options (if applicable)

3. Payment method

       7. If you have a discount code, you can apply it in the Discount Code field in the Order Summary. 

       8.  Once you have reviewed your order, click the “Secure Checkout” button. What happens next will depend on which payment method you have selected: 

1. If you have selected to pay via FPX Direct Debit, you will be redirected to your online banking site. You will be required to make a RM1 payment to authorise your mandate. 

2. If you have selected to pay via a credit/debit card, you will not be required to pay a RM1 authorisation fee but instead will need to complete the standard OTP authorisation process where you will be sent an SMS with a code. Note that the amount shown here is not the amount you will be charged but instead is the maximum amount that can be deducted from your card in a single transaction.
