How do I add a product?

To add a product, you would need to first log in to the admin portal using your admin account.
Once logged in, there are two ways to access the product setup page:
By clicking the ‘Add Product’ button on the homepage
By clicking on Products under Product Catalogue, and then clicking on the Add Product button above the Products table.
Clicking on either of those buttons will lead you to the product setup page where you can go through the steps and fill in the necessary information to create a product.
The numbers below correspond to the matching step in the product setup (e.g. 1 means the first step of the product setup).

1. Product Information | |
Product Name* |
Name of the product you are setting up. This is what customers see on the product catalogue. |
Product Summary* |
A short written description about the product. This appears on the product cards. |
Product Description* |
A more detailed description of the product. This appears on a new page when the product card is clicked on and provides a detailed description of the product. |
Tags/Labels |
Keywords that describe a product (e.g. Dairy-Free). These tags will appear on the top left of a product card. |
Product Image* |
Product-specific images to be displayed on the product catalogue and when customers click on a product. Multiple images can be uploaded and they can all be viewed on the product card. |
2. Item Configuration | |
Does this product have items?* |
This section allows you to apply items to a product. If items apply to the product, click “Yes”. Otherwise, click “No”. |
Categories |
Categories are configured in this section and only appear if items are applicable for the product. Items can be assigned into separate categories and this will appear on the product details page. Set the category name under the field Category n, where n is the category number. Apply the items to the respective category under Category n Items, where n is the category number. You can either type in the item name or select the items from a drop-down list. Click Add Category to add a category. Click Delete Category to delete a category. Click Add Item to add an item to be applied to the product. |
Quantity Restrictions - Are customers allowed to purchase multiple quantities of an item within a category?* |
This section allows you to decide if the customer is allowed to purchase multiple quantities of an item. If they are allowed, click “Yes”. Otherwise, click “No”. |
Quantity Restrictions - Are there any quantity restrictions within the categories?* |
This section only appears if the customer is allowed to purchase multiple quantities of an item and allows you to decide if there are quantity restrictions for the categories. If quantity restrictions for the categories are applicable, click “Yes”. Otherwise, click “No”. |
Quantity Restrictions - Restrictions apply to |
This drop-down field allows you to choose if the quantity restriction applies to all categories or for individual categories. If the quantity restriction applies to all categories, choose “All categories” from the drop-down. If there are quantity restrictions for individual categories, choose “Individual categories” from the drop-down. |
Quantity Restrictions - Restrictions apply to - All categories - Number of selected items |
This field allows you to assign a quantity restriction for all categories. Example: If the customer can only select 4 items from all categories, input 4 into the field. |
Quantity Restrictions - Restrictions apply to - Individual categories - Number of selected items |
This field allows you to assign a quantity restriction for each individual category. Example: If the customer can only select 4 items from Category 1 and 2 items from Category 2, input 4 into the field next to Category 1 and input 2 into the field next to Category 2. |
3. Date Configuration | |
Does this product require customers to select a date?* |
This section allows you to decide if the customer is required to select a date when checking out with this product. If they are required to select a date, click “Yes”. Otherwise, click “No”. Note: Clicking “No” will not make the other fields and sections below appear. |
Date Format |
This section allows you to select the format for the date picker. If the customer is required to select a specific date, choose “DD/MM/YY”. If the customer is required to select a specific month, choose “MM/YY”. |
What is the use of this date?* |
This field allows you to input the use of the date. Pre-defined options include Subscription Start Date and Delivery Date. If Other is chosen from the drop-down, another field will appear below and allows you to input a custom use for the date. This will determine what your customers see above the date picker/calendar during checkout when they have to select a date. |
How many days are required to fulfil a customer’s order?* |
This allows you to input how many days it requires to prepare/fulfil a customer’s order. If the customer’s order can be fulfilled immediately, input 0. Example: If you require 3 days to prepare/fulfil a customer’s order, input 3. |
Does the product require physical delivery?* |
This section allows you to determine if the product requires physical delivery or not. If the product does require physical delivery, click “Yes”. Otherwise, click “No”. |
Delivery Frequency* |
This field allows you to select the delivery frequency of the product. All at Once: Choose all at once if the product is delivered all at once.
Daily: Choose daily if the product is delivered on a daily basis.
Weekly: Choose weekly if the product is delivered on a weekly basis. Monthly: Choose monthly if the product is delivered on a monthly basis. Yearly: Choose yearly if the product is delivered on a yearly basis. Note: This section only appears if physical delivery is applicable to the product. |
Delivery Window |
This section allows you to set the delivery window for the product. Click “Create Delivery Window” to start configuring your delivery window. Note: This section only appears if you’ve selected the DD/MM/YY date format. |
Delivery Window Configuration |
The pop-up allows you to configure your delivery window and appears after clicking “Create Delivery Window”. This product will be available for delivery every: This section allows you to select which days of the week the product is delivered on. Is there a specific timing for delivery? This section allows you to set your delivery time slots. If delivery time slots apply, click “Yes”. Otherwise, click “No”. Please select the delivery window: This section only appears if delivery time slots apply to the product. Click “Add Time Slot” to add a time slot and select your preferred time slots. Click the “X” icon next to the time slot to delete it. Click “Submit” to save your delivery window configuration. |
Are customers allowed to change the delivery address before an order is delivered?* |
This section allows you to determine if the customer is able to change their delivery address. If the customer is allowed to change their address, click “Yes”. Otherwise, click “No”. |
How many days before delivery can the delivery address be changed?* |
This field allows you to determine how many days a customer is allowed to change their address before a delivery. Example: If a customer is allowed to change their address 3 days before a delivery, then input 3. |
4. Price Configuration | |
What are the purchase options available? (Tick as applicable)* |
This section allows you to select if the product can be purchased on a one-time or subscription basis or both. If the product can only be purchased on a one-time basis, select “One-time purchase” If the product can only be purchased on a subscription basis, select “Ongoing subscriptions” If the product can be purchased on both a one-time and subscription basis, select both options. |
Pricing Model* |
This section allows you to select the pricing model for the product. Flat Fee: For products that have a fixed one-time or recurring charge.
Variable Fee: For products that have items with variants. The charge would be the lowest possible price that a customer could checkout. |
Price (One-time purchase)* |
This section allows you to input the price for the product. If the product can only be purchased on a one-time basis, a fixed price should be inputted in the field. |
Price (Subscription)* |
This section allows you to input the price for the product. If the product can be purchased on a subscription basis, a fixed price should be inputted in the field and a corresponding billing cycle should be chosen. Per month: Choose per month if the product is billed monthly Per year: Choose per year if the product is billed yearly |
Subscription Configuration |
This section only appears if the product can be purchased on a subscription basis. |
Subscription Configuration - What is the subscription period?* |
This section allows you to set the subscription period for the product. Note that the period changes depending on the billing cycle chosen for the price. |
Subscription Configuration - Does the subscription automatically renew or terminate upon expiry?* |
This section allows you to choose if the subscription automatically renews or terminates upon expiry. If the subscription automatically renews, choose “Renew”. If the subscription terminates upon expiry, choose “Terminate”. |
Subscription Configuration - What is the billing frequency for this subscription? |
This section allows you to select the billing frequency for the product. The billing frequency options change depending on the billing cycle chosen for the price. If per month is chosen for the billing cycle for the price, the billing frequency options are:

Discount Setup |
This section allows you to apply a discount to the whole product based on set conditions. Click “Add Discount” to add a discount and start setting the conditions for the discount. |
Discount Type |
This field allows you to set the discount type. If the discount is a fixed amount, choose “Fixed amount”. If the discount is a percentage, choose “Percentage”. |
Discount Amount (Fixed Amount) |
This field allows you to set a fixed discount amount. Example: If the discount conditions are met and the product gets a RM20 discount, input 20 into the field. |
Discount Amount (Percentage) |
This field allows you to set a percentage-based discount amount. Example: If the discount conditions are met and the product gets a 20% discount, input 20 into the field. |
Discount Cap (Percentage) |
This field allows you to set a discount cap for the product. Example: If the discount conditions are met and the product gets a 20% discount, but is capped at RM30, input 30 into the field. |
5. Click the “Create Product” button on the last step once you have filled in the necessary information.
