Visibility
A Curlec account for customers allows them to monitor and manage all their Direct Debit and Instant Pay (FPX) transactions. This is especially useful if the customer is tied to 2 or more merchants who use Curlec.
Control
Besides that, they are able to terminate their mandate via the account as termination can only be done by customer themselves. However, merchants can control whether or not a mandate is ready to be terminated. To do that, merchants would need to set some rules on the mandates.
