In addition to the primary email on the mandate form, customers can add one or more email(s) to be cc'd when receiving emails from Curlec.
Similarly, this can be applied to the Mandate Form.
The “CC Email” field is hidden by default.
To unhide the “CC Email” field:
Click on the main menu.
Select “Settings” - “Instant Pay Form”.
Look for “CC Email” and make sure that the toggle for “Hide” is turned off.
Click on “Save” and refresh the page.
Now, in the Instant Pay form, merchants will be able to see the “CC Email” field. You can add multiple emails by separating them with semicolons(;), without whitespaces in between.
