How do I add a discount?

Description

Discount Name*

This section allows you to set the name of the discount.

Discount Code*

This section allows you to set the discount code that will be entered by the customer at checkout.

Discount Description*

This section allows you to set a short description of the discount.

Discount Duration*

This section allows you to choose the duration type of the discount.

One-off (Per Customer): Choose this option if the discount can only be applied once per customer.

Limited Period: Choose this option if the discount is only available for a period of time.

Forever: Choose this option if the discount has no expiry date.

Start/End Date*

This section allows you to set the start and end date for the discount.

Note that this section doesn’t appear when the discount duration type is Forever.

Maximum Redemptions Per Customer

This section allows you to input how many times a customer can redeem this discount.

Note that this section only appears if the discount duration type is Limited Period or Forever.

Discount Applicability*

This section allows you to select which products the discount can be applied to. Select your products from the provided drop-down menu.

Discount Type*

This section allows you to choose the discount type.

Fixed Amount: Choose this option if the discount is a fixed amount (e.g. RM20).

Percentage: Choose this option if the discount is a percentage (e.g. 20% off)

Discount Amount*

This section allows you to set the discount amount. 

If the discount type is Fixed Amount, then you would input the amount in this section.

If the discount type is Percentage, then you would input the percentage in this section.

Discount Cap(RM)

This section allows you to set a discount cap for the product.

Example: If the discount applies a 20% discount, but is capped at RM30, input 30 into the field.

Discount Category*

This section allows you to set the discount category.

Whole Order: Choose this option if the discount applies for the customer’s whole order during checkout.

Only Delivery: Choose this option if the discount only applies for the delivery fee at checkout.
