What happens if my collection amount exceeds the maximum Direct Debit amount?

If the collection amount exceeds the maximum amount set for mandate collections, the system will automatically split the collection into batches. The maximum frequency of the mandate should exceed or be equal to the amount of batches for this feature to work.


Example

I have a mandate which has a maximum collection amount of RM100. However, the amount being collected is RM400. The system will automatically split the collection into 4 equal batches of RM100 each, provided that the maximum frequency of the mandate is higher than or equal to 4. Once this is done, you can view the collections in "Collections - View Collections". In the screenshot provided below, you can see that the collection has been split into 4 batches.
