How do I cancel all collections for a mandate?

To cancel all future collections for a mandate:

1. Click on the main menu.

2. Select “Collections” - “View Enrolments”.

3. Look for the mandate for which you wish to cancel all collections.

4. Click on the bin icon on the right.

Note that when you click on the bin icon, all collections for that particular mandate will automatically be cancelled. However, this does not terminate the mandate and the mandate will still be active at the bank.
