How to cancel scheduled card collections?

You can cancel scheduled card collections that have not been triggered before the collection date. There are 2 ways to go about this: 

Canceling card collections from a specific mandate: 

1. Click on the main menu. 

2. Select “Mandate” - “View Mandates”.

3. Look for the mandate with a card collection that needs to be cancelled.

4. Click on the three-dots on the right side of the mandate

5. Select the Scheduled Collections Settings
   

6. On the right-side of the settings, click on the Cancel Schedule icon to cancel a collection.

7. Click “Yes” on the pop-up window to confirm. 

Cancelling specific card collections in View Scheduled Collections:   

1. Click on the main menu. 

2. Select “Collections” - “View Scheduled Collections”.

3. Search for the scheduled card collection(s) you wish to cancel.

4. Similarly, on the right, click on the Cancel Schedule icon to cancel the collection.

5. Click “Yes” on the pop-up window to confirm.
