A mandate form is used when creating a mandate. It may be completed by either a merchant or their customers, but it has to be authorised by the customers. Merchants can customise the fields that appear on the mandate form. The following configurations can be made to the form:

Edit the display names of each field |

Set the fields to be mandatory |

Set for fields where no input is required |

Hide some of the fields |

Set the default value that appears on the fields |
| Max length |
Set the maximum length of the input |
| Order |
Change the order of fields appearing on the form |

Reset the configurations back to default |
To configure the mandate form:
Click on the main menu.
Select “Settings” - “Mandate Form”.
Make the necessary changes.
Click on ‘Save’ and refresh the page.
