How to set up recurring card payments?

To set up a credit/debit card for recurring payments:

1. Click on the main menu.

2. Select “Mandate” - “New Mandate”.

3. Select the Visa/MasterCard option on top of the form.
   
   
   
   

4. Complete the form. Fields with * are mandatory.

5. Tick on the Terms and Conditions checkbox.

6. Click on “Proceed to Payment”.

7. Fill in the pop-up form with card details and click “Confirm”. Note that this information will not be stored by merchants or Curlec.
   
   
   
   

8. The page will be redirected to the MasterCard payment gateway which will prompt the customer for a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to the customer’s phone.

9. Enter the OTP to complete the verification.
   
   

The setup process is immediate. Once the verification is complete, the credit card would appear under “View Enrolments”. However, it takes 2 more days before collections can be generated.

Note that there is no RM1 transaction for authorising a credit card.
