Enrolment process for Direct Debit

  • As customers do not enter their bank account number when completing a mandate form, an ENRP is required to provide us this information.

  • An ENRP will be received by us within 2 days after a mandate is authorised.

  • We will automatically update the customer's mandate with their bank details, and encrypt and store the information in our system.

  • It takes another 2 working days for the ENRP details to be updated in the bank's system, after which the first collection can be made.

For example, if a mandate is created on a Monday, the ENRP will be received by the merchant's bank and us on Tuesday. The bank then takes Wednesday and Thursday to update its system. Finally, a collection can be made on Friday.
