Important dates

1. Transaction Date

Date when the RM1 is transacted to authorise a mandate.

To view transaction dates:

  1. Click on the main menu and select "Mandates".

  2. From the drop down option, click on "View Mandates".

  3. Choose a mandate and click on the pencil icon.

  4. On the pop-up window, choose the Transaction History tab.

2. Effective date

The date when the mandate becomes active. However, merchants can only make the first collection at least 3 working days after the effective date. This is because to make collections, merchants need to wait for the mandate’s ENRP files to be returned from the bank. Effective dates can be set on the mandate form.

Effective dates can be found in the View Mandates page:

  • Click on the main menu icon.

  • Select "Mandate" - "View Mandates".

3. Response Date

The date when our systems receive ENRP files from the bank. We will receive ENRP files from the bank 2 working days after the Transaction Date. The first collection can be made 2 working days after Response Date

Response dates can be found in the View Enrolments page:

  • Click on the main menu icon.

  • Select "Collections" - "View Enrolments".

4. Expiry Date

The date when a mandate will be terminated. Mandate expiry dates can be set in the mandate form.

Expiry dates can be found in the View Enrolments page:

  1. Click on the main menu icon.

  2. Select "Collections" - "View Enrolments".
