Why am I receiving so many emails? What is the purpose of each type of email?

The 7 types of emails you may receive are:

New Subscription - An email informing you that you have successfully subscribed to a product.

New One-Off Purchase - An email informing you that you have successfully purchased a one-off product.

Cancellation Request - An email informing you that you have requested to cancel an order.

Cancelled Subscription - An email informing you that you have successfully cancelled your subscription.

Invoice Generation - An email sent to you when an invoice has been generated before payment is debited from your bank account/card. This email contains the invoice in PDF format for you to view.

Delivery Reminder - An email sent to you reminding that your order is approaching.

Subscription Expiry Reminder - An email sent to you reminding that your subscription is about to expire.
